Product Warranties.

 

All Equipment sold or leased/Rented  will include, where applicable, a manufacturer's warranty. Customer acknowledges that  Mediplus Home Health is not the manufacturer of the equipment. or the manufacturer's agent. Mediplus home health makes no express warranties whatsoever with respect to the equipment. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed or, if a warranty is given by the manufacturer, it is limited to the period described in such warranty. The undersigned acknowledges receipt of the equipment as is" without any warranties, express or implied, on the part of company and agrees to be bound by the above limitations to the extent permitted by state law. Any liability on the part of the mediplus home health , including for the negligence of the mediplus home health  or a defect in the equipment will in no event exceed the purchase price or rental allowable to the individual piece of equipment. The undersigned agrees that his/her remedy is limited to refund of amounts paid, or repair or replacement of equipment. Mediplus home health  will not be liable for any other defect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages for any reason whatsoever.
